An explainer about Walla Walla’s proposed Metropolitan Parks District

In collaboration with Helium Motion, we designed and animated a series of short explainer videos about Walla Walla’s newly proposed Metropolitan Parks District.

To take advantage of Walla Walla’s beautiful scenery, we went with a mixed media design style, combining photos with hand drawn graphic elements.

The goal was to inform voters about both the pros and cons of creating a new Metropolitan Parks District, while remaining neutral. We’re really happy with how this series came out!
